Area is Puebla Aida, Mijas Golf , Mijas Costa.
The accommodation is a one bedroom en-suite, tastefully decorated and well presented with all modern appliances and amenities.
Lounge dinning area leading on to the patio terrace with table, chairs and parasol with views down to the golf course and across to the water gardens.
The apartment has Sky TV with all British channels, a DVD player and a selection of DVD films a CD player, with a selection of music CDs.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven – 4 ring hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc
The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and a ceiling fan, also a safe.
All linen, towels (not beach) are provided.
There is a set of boules for the more sedate and can be played on the Puebla Aida boules area which is for guests only...
Altogether there are 4 pools on the complex only for guests and residents, all well maintained. The views from the pools sun terrace are of the Mediterranean Sea, the Mijas mountain range and over the golf course; they are stunning especially in the evening sun sets.
Puebla Aida is a modern day interpretation of a typical Andalusia style village set in the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas. This peaceful architectural award-winning complex is ideal for beach lovers, walkers, golfers and explores of the Andalusia region. You are a 10 minute drive from Fuengirola which provides several miles of safe sandy beaches, numerous shops and restaurants catering for all tastes.
A 15 minute Drive will take you to La-Calla, a lovely little Spanish coastal town, with its beach, restaurants and café bars, ideal for those of us who want to escape the larger resorts.
Puebla Aida is only a 30 min drive from Malaga Airport in one direction, and 30 min drive from Marbella & Porto Bannus in the other.
The white village of Mijas is only a 15 minute drive. You can visit places like Rhonda, Seville
Cordoba, Granada and Tax free Gibraltar all with in easy reach, by car.
Golfers, you have 2 world class championship courses literally on your door step.
For those who like a bit of pampered luxury you have the spa & health facilities at the near
by 5 star Byblos hotels just a 5 minute walk

For every 4 week block booking between October & April = £500 Per Calendar Month
Terms: - 25% deposit on booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival

All guests to vacate the apartment by 10am on the last day of their stay. However we will try and work around your departure times if possible.
